Do not expect any luxury or modernity, but comfort, tranquility and the charm of the old days. The village of Branná lies on the border of the Jeseníky Protected Landscape Area and is a great starting point for hiking and cycling trips. In winter, you can explore the landscape on groomed cross-country ski trails, or you can ski in the Branná ski resort, about a 15-minute walk from the cottage.

The cottage is located on the outskirts of a small village, in the highest place on the hill with a fabulous, phenomenal view at any time of the year. Guests have the entire cottage and the entire plot at their disposal, which makes this place private and comfortable. A place for a bonfire and a barbecue are additional advantages. The carefully designed interior can accommodate up to 7 guests. In the kitchen and throughout the house, all necessary equipment and amenities (including high-speed Internet, satellite TV, Netflix, Youtube; air conditioning, all household appliances, etc.)

The apartment is located in the quiet village of Kamienica between Paczków and Złoty Stok, close to the border with the Czech Republic, where we are surrounded by mountains, lakes, forests, observation towers, castles, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. Nearby are Kotlina Kłodzka and Lądek Zdrój. The apartment can accommodate 1-6 people, 2 rooms + a living room with a large sofa bed, a bathroom, air conditioning, bed linen, blankets, towels, a hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen, a garden with a place to relax and a barbecue. Apartment 2+kk overlooking the garden and forests in a quiet part of Ludvíkov. For our guests we offer safe parking in front of the garage next to the house. Guests can use our pergola with a grill, children also have their children's corner with a trampoline. Parents must supervise the safety of their children. Possibility to rent bicycles, electric bicycles, quad bikes, scooters in the local car camp for a small fee. Tours can be planned without the use of a car or there is a city transport not far from here that will take you to Karlovy Vary

If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

Górska Polana / Stronie Śląskie / Młynowiec

The cottage Górska Polana is located in the village Młynowiec, just 3 km from Stronie Śląskie, surrounded by mountains, meadows, forests, streams, and numerous hiking trails. It offers an equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, relaxation areas, a fire pit/barbecue, private parking, and clean water from a depth of 70 meters. The cottage is distant even from the small village road, ensuring quiet. In season, the hosts provide their own organic fruits and vegetables + vegan Hot Sauces 4 real Chili-Heads. (:

The modern house by the beach in Pastviny welcomes you. Enjoy private grilling right by the reservoir, with a built-in draft beer system. The modern, fully equipped house located directly on the beach with a view of the reservoir offers accommodation for up to 12 people. The parking area in front of the house accommodates 4 to 5 cars. The house has 237.35 m² of floor space and central electric heating. The property is partially fenced, spacious, and offers private access to the beach.

The cottage is built in the technology of the Prussian wall, and the roof is covered with thatched, which gives it a unique character.
