Sweet little spot with lots to do nearby

Last minute corporate bookings fell through, so no hotel was available at RSAC 2025. I quickly looked and found Airbnb and Evie’s place. It was exactly what I needed! I will definitely do it again! Highly recommended from my exploring boots to your nomadic hearts!

Such a wonderful spot - lovely space, quiet and peaceful outdoor area, and an absolutely perfect location (walkable and easy access to BART). Claudia was incredibly welcoming and made our entire a stay a breeze. We had everything we needed and felt right at home. We'll definitely be coming back when we visit again!!

Wir waren für drei Nächte bei Spencer und seiner Frau. Es war alles absolut sauber und gepflegt. Das Bad hat sogar eine Badewanne. Die Aussicht auf die Stadt ist toll. Die Küche ist klein aber fein. Die Räume waren beheizt, was im April in San Francisco auch notwendig ist. Spencer war sehr hilfsbereit, er hat uns sogar in seiner Küche Eier und Speck braten lassen. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an der Station für Muni-Busse und ist in 20 Minuten im Zentrum. Parken ist kein Problem. Wir würden es sofort wieder nehmen. Gruß Hermann und Gerda

It’s a very nice place! I would stay there again for sure

This was a really great place. There was everything you needed, it was very tastefully appointed and VERY clean. Close to downtown and bunch of restaurants and places to go. Would stay again.

Grace was a great host! She answered all our questions and helped whenever needed. It was a pleasure meeting her and we had a great stay at her house. It was just what we needed for our business trip! Having three independent suite rooms worked really nice for our team. We didn't realize one of the bathrooms, was a shared by two rooms until we got there, but we made do just fine. She left some fresh fruit, eggs and cheese in the fridge for us to eat after our very loooong flights, that was much appreciated to wake up and not have to go shopping on the first day.

Mike was a friendly and responsive host! We booked this location last minute and it had everything we needed. The loft was perfect and comfortable. Mike had a prepared list of all the great things to visit in Alameda and San Francisco. The location itself was peaceful and felt safe to walk around at night. I would definitely stay here again.

Safe neighborhood, but not the prettiest or in the best location for food. Good parking in the culdesac. Place is quite nice and has great amenities. My dog and I appreciated our stay here.

We had a nice stay

Tina‘s place was very quiet and very clean. My sister lives in this area and she and the neighborhood have implemented a plan that has made the neighborhood much quieter and safer. Tina was a wonderful host as she responded quickly to any questions or needs I had. The only thing I can fault her on is that she did not advertise enough how wonderful the steam shower was in the bathroom. I think I spent more time in there than I did my bedroom! So it was a pleasant surprise.

This is the second unit I’ve stayed in at the Kasa and they’ve both been lovely. Personally I loved the loft setup, it felt spacious and modern. The area is super convenient for a bunch of different parts of town. The bnb was really clean and the management were very responsive. Great value compared to what else is on offer in San Francisco.

Thank you for hosting us. In a sea of high priced overnights in the Bay Area, this was a more affordable option, but still clean and cozy to stay in! And close to BART to visit other places.

I stayed at Molly’s place for around 4 months and I had the best time! You can really tell that Molly puts extra love and care into her home and made me feel very welcomed during my stay. The room itself is very clean, and she was very very nice about sharing the kitchen, cabinet space for my food/cooking items, and living room! She was very flexible and responsive whenever I had any questions about her home/how to get around in the neighborhood. We became really good friends during my stay! She is super fun to talk to, has so many good stories, and has the best food recommendations!! She also makes 10/10 GREAT waffles, so if you’re in luck and wake up to her making waffles, definitely ask for one :) I definitely recommend this place and am super satisfied with my stay here.
