Recently renovated! This apartment now has a bathroom, small kitchen and a private entrance. Can be used for work or family vacations. It is located as an extension of the house with access to the main house. The room has 55” tv in the bedroom and 65” tv in the living room. You will also have access to the rest of the home which includes billiards table, patio with barbecue and laundry facilities. You’re a 15 minutes drive to the ocean. We provide chairs, umbrella and cooler for the beach.

You swim and share the backyard with the person on your reservation. We do not swim with our guests. This is as private as the pool and backyard gets. However we do live on the property. $150 will be charged if the unit smells of ANY type of smoke. No Pets. No kids. No smoking. No Parties. No Exceptions.

Upon booking your reservation all other accompanying guests need to be added on to the reservation.
