Feel the ocean breeze, enjoy a BBQ on the outdoor deck, and relax in a barrel sauna and jacuzzi under the stars. You can access the sandy beach in 2 minutes on foot, and enjoy a variety of activities such as swimming, surfing, and fishing at local surf spots. There are many convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance. The barrel sauna and jacuzzi bath can be enjoyed to your heart's content when rented privately! You can also easily rent it. The barrel sauna is 5,000 yen for unlimited use during your stay, and the BBQ set is also 5,000 yen. If you wish, we will provide you with detailed information after your booking is confirmed. We also recommend the spa resort facility "Taiyo no Sato", where you can enjoy natural hot springs (black water), rock baths, and multiple saunas within walking distance. In summer, there is also a rooftop pool It is in a good location about 1 hour and half from Tokyo, just off the toll road IC. It is a 10-minute drive to Ichinomiya, famous as a surf spot, and close to Higashiuraumi.

Hello everyone. I am Yutaka & Lino, and I live with my family of three in Tokyo. This villa in Chiba Prefecture is surrounded by beautiful scenery and is a very relaxing home. Our villa is inconvenient to access by train, so I recommend coming by car. Passing through a narrow rice field road, there is a three-story house with a garden. There is Wi-Fi and a workspace on the 1st and 2nd floors, making it comfortable for long workations. The ■first floor is a kitchen & living room adjacent to the garden 　Feel free to use the wine cellar and hot plates The ■2nd floor is a bedroom with large windows and sunlight streaming in 　Relax by the fireplace 　You can watch your favorite videos on the projector The rooftop terrace on the■ 3rd floor has a beach bed, folding pool, and hot water shower ■The large yard has a pond and you can dine on a wooden deck surrounded by nature At night, you can enjoy a bonfire and glamping while watching the starry sky You can also enjoy BBQ in the garden if you bring a BBQ set (* We do not sell charcoal, etc. Thank you for your understanding) 10 minutes by car to the sea. We renovated the old house where my grandmother once lived as much as possible with our own hands. Kujukuri Beach, which is a short walk away, is a memorable place where relatives and friends have gathered and had a lively time. I wanted to make it a place full of smiles again, like it was back then, so I've been working on it little by little. Now, with high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi and a sauna, it is a space where you can relax with your family, couples, and friends. One of the charming things about this house is that the cats that live nearby visit the garden at will. It is the perfect location for those who want to enjoy a quiet time by the sea. We have yoga mats, foot massagers, folding chairs and sleeping chairs that can be used in the sea, carts, 2 bicycles, sandpit sets and children's toys, chairs, toilet seats, picture books, hanging tents, and other facilities that are great for small children. The site has a spacious garden of about 2700 ㎡, and there is a small forest surrounded by trees in the garden, so you can relax while feeling nature. You can stay with your pets, so you can relax with your family. In the garden, you can barbecue, read, observe nature, etc., and because it is in a quiet residential area, you can forget about your daily life and relax. Also, Miyajima Ike Shinsui Park is a 5-minute walk away, where you can take a walk with your pet or enjoy fishing. Enjoy private time at the sea, in the large garden, and at the nearby water park. Our house is located 15 minutes from Narita Airport or Narita Station by car. Ideal for guests using Narita Airport. We offer free transportation to Narita Airport or Narita Station upon check-in and check-out. The maximum number of guests is 5. There are two single beds in the bedroom. For 3 or more persons, futon bedding will be provided.
