The house is beautifully situated right in the mountains overlooking the fjord. There is a road in between, but there are few cars and at night it is very quiet. Everything was super clean and lovingly furnished. We felt very comfortable. I am happy to recommend the place!

Beautiful location!! The view is simply gorgeous. Small, cozy, well-equipped apartment. Unfortunately, the clothes rack is defective and a small trash can in the bathroom would be great, but otherwise there is nothing to complain about. We had a wonderful week at Lysefjord.

We came from Kansas City to show my husband the fjords in Norway. We had a great stay in this place, we relaxed and enjoyed the house. It was beautiful nature and had everything we needed. The hosts where very helpful anytime we had any questions. Very close to stunning beautiful hiking areas like the Pulpit Rock. We enjoyed this beautiful place and location so much. Would definitely come back!
