The apartment (26m²) on the 3rd floor with a cozy balcony and a direct view of Lake Wörthersee/Pyramidenkogel is located between Pörtschach and Velden and directly on the cycle path that leads around Lake Wörthersee. It offers easy accessibility by car, bus and train (approx. 100m). The grocery store (approx. 20m) is open daily in summer. Lake beach is just across the street and traditional boat (Pletna) station a few meters away.
