Perfekt zum Boot fahren, Angeln, Standup Paddeln, Baden, Wandern und Fahrrad fahren.

Our cozy basement apartment is located between the Franconian Forest and the Fichtel Mountains - perfect for all nature lovers and active vacationers. By bike you can reach the local recreation area Untreusee in just 10 minutes, where various outdoor activities are possible. In winter, the region offers numerous skiing opportunities on the nearby Kornberg or Ochsenkopf with various slopes for all levels or the Klinovec ski area, a little further away, but with a variety of slopes.

In the middle of nature surrounded by the Franconian Forest next to the Lichtenberg bathing lake and Höllental. Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.

I offer a vacation rental in the center of Saalfeld. The apartment is equipped with everything (except salt, pepper and oil) and has a separate entrance. Everything worth seeing in Saalfeld can be reached on foot and there is free parking behind the house. Opposite is another (1 room) apartment that I also rent via Airbnb. When booking the property for tourist activities, a tourist tax is due. The parking is monitored by cameras.
