Unser kleines Schmuckstück befindet sich nahe der slowenischen Grenze, am Fuße der Remschniggalm und somit am Beginn der südsteirischen Weinstraße. Das 100 Jahre alte Bauernhäuschen wurde liebevoll renoviert. Bei der Ausstattung wurde wurde auf Qualität gesetzt. The wooden cottage is located in slovenian countryside, surrounded by hills, green meadows and preserved natural forests. The house is carefully arranged for a comfortable stay. The whole house and its interior is a unique handmade work. There is an Outdoor Wellness with wood burning sauna and a hot tub provided. This modern apartment lays on the magical altitude of 1111m and can accomodate 3 adults. It has a wonderful mountain view you can enjoy while relaxing on a roof covered terrace. It offers a private hot tub and sauna. Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, refridgerator, toaster and even utensils for you to get creative with cooking. Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.

Besonders wurde wert gelegt auf hochwertige Architektur: Das Baumhaus ist nachhaltig und mit hochwertigen Materialien errichtet und bietet ein Wohlfühl-Ambiente mitten in der Natur. Es wurde bereits mit der Geramb Rose 2024, einem steirischen Architekturpreis sowie einem Holzbaupreis ausgezeichnet. Es liegt ruhig abseits des Hofgefüges.

Ferienhaus in Alleinlage und mit toller Aussicht

Das Ferienhaus mit Garten steht in idyllischer Lage auf 845 m Seehöhe in der Gemeinde Liebenfels, ca. 20 km von Klagenfur entfernt. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Panoramablick auf die Karawanken sowie das gesamte Glantal. Die Lage eignet sich perfekt für Wanderungen in der Natur und zum Schwimmen in umliegenden Seen. Einige Skigebiete befinden sich 40-60 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus hat ca. 60 m² und verfügt auch über eine Sauna.
