Als kleiner Badesee auf halben Weg zwischen der Bezirksstadt Feldkirchen und der ländlichen Marktgemeinde Weitensfeld, liegt er fernab von touristischen Zentren in einem Landschaftsschutzgebiet. Das Berghäuschen umfasst etwa 59 m² Wohnfläche, verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmern, 1 Wohn– und Essraum mit Küche, sowie 2 Bäder und eine etwa 13 m² große Terrasse. Es liegt auf ca. 1000m Seehöhe.

The Hillside Chalet offers space for 9 people on about 120 m². Stylish furnishings in the modern wooden house with an old wood look make the chalet, which was completed in December 2022, something very special. It is ideal during the time of coronavirus pandemics since it enables a lot of fun even when contacts with other people should be avoided.

Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.
