Our approx. 350-year-old farmhouse contains a newly renovated studio. It is located just above the village of Saanen with beautiful views over large parts of the Saanenland. By car, it can be reached in approx. 5 minutes, whether coming from Schönried or Saanen. In between is the underpass with the turnoff to Unterbort/Abländschen. Always follow the signs for “Sonnenhof.” The underpass is also a bus stop. From there it is still a 15-minute walk to the studio. Pick-up service is possible.

The 58-sqm space in a traditional chalet boasts a wraparound balcony of 30 sqm with impressive views. Skiing, cycling and walking are close, with the iconic ambience of Gstaad just close by. Two ski lifts are each 500 m away. The flat is non-smoking and no-pet.

Relax in the 3.5-room apartment with a large terrace in a quiet location. In summer, you can go on various hikes directly from the house. In winter you can ski from the apartment to the Metsch Stand gondola station, which connects the top 4 ski resort Adelboden-Lenk. The cross-country ski trail is also right at your doorstep as well as the landing site for paragliders. Hiking trails in summer as well as in winter are also right at your doorstep.

Cozy chalet on a stream with wonderful mountain views. Garden area with BBQ and terrace. A sandbox for kids. Parking space for 2 cars. Central location. Train station, cable cars and shopping within walking distance. Tenants of the house may book the offers of the Gstaadcard. The house does not have central heating, the fireplace is filled with wood. It works wonderfully!

Die Skigebiete Wiriehorn und Grimmialp befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Talwanderweg führt direkt vor dem Haus vorbei und ist Ausgangspunkt zu vielen schönen Bergwanderungen oder Skitouren.
