Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski resort. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is a 2-minute walk away. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.

The individual rooms are lockable and three of the 4 rooms also have their own bathroom. The remaining premises may be shared.
