Genieße ein paar Tage in unserem Apartment in 1500m Seehöhe und Du hast vollkommene Ruhe, erlebst Entspannung pur und eine unglaubliche Aussicht auf die umliegende Kärntner See- und Berglandschaft. Das gesamte Apartment ist mit einzigartigen Designerstücken dekoriert und die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist 36m2 groß und hat Platz für bis zu sechs Personen. Auch Haustiere sind jederzeit willkommen. Unser “Highlight” ist der “Indoor Pool”, die Benutzung ist im Preis inkludiert.

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Die Wohnung (50m2) befindet sich im 1. Stock, verfügt über einen großen Balkon mit spektakulärem Blick auf den Wander- und Schiberg Gerlitzen. Es gibt Spazierwege durch romantische Wälder, an der Drau entlang, zum Faakersee (2km) und Silbersee (2 km). Eine gemütliche Küche, räumlich durch Stiegenhaus von Schlaf/Wohnbereich mit Bad getrennt, ist voll ausgestattet, schnelles WLAN und gratis Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus stehen zur Verfügung. Sehr ruhige Lage, für Kinder ebenfalls geeignet.

Mini house surrounded by greenery at the Valbruna mini golf. The cottage is the second on a small hill. Inside you will find a double bed, refrigerator, electric moka coffee pot, toaster, microwave, kettle and coffee, snacks, bread for toast, and jams. In the bathroom, shower, sink, and toilet with built-in bidet. To reach the mini-golf, cross the village towards the rocky mountains and twenty meters before arriving on the road that leads to the valley on the left is the mini-golf signpost.

The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Relax on the terrace, in the hot tub (April – October) or plan your next excursion by the fire pit. Thanks to its central location, lakes, hiking trails and excursion destinations are within easy reach.

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. The 76m2 apartment is on the 1st floor and is very central, sunny and quiet. ....is an ideal starting point for summer and winter sports enthusiasts, nature lovers, culture lovers, those seeking peace and quiet, and also for business travelers. 10 minutes walk to the city center, the Congress Center and the train station. A few minutes drive to many ski areas, lakes, the thermal baths and interesting excursion destinations.

Vacation home in a secluded location and with a great view

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

Cozy apartment, close to the lake and the center

I rent my apartment on the second floor of our house near the center of Velden (5 min. walk to the lake and into the village). You will have the whole floor to yourselves. The kitchen is fully equipped and provided with cooking basics such as organic coffee, tea, pasta, sauce, oil, and spices.
