Waterfront holiday rentals in Óbidos Municipality

We spent over 2 weeks at Katia’s lovely apartment. The views are amazing - you see the lagoon and part of the ocean, and the daily sunset was our favourite, over a glass on the terrace. Katia was always quick to respond to our messages, and everything went very smoothly. Thanks for having us!

Lovely place to stay on the beach with great views. Host was great with responding to questions and plenty of parking. Most spectacular view over the beach and ocean. Perfect for our requirements.

A very comfortable and well functioning house on the 1st floor with everything in it for a relaxed vacation. Very quiet neiborhood at end of July. 5 min walk from tennis court where you can arrange lessons via Felner academy. 5 min drive from the beach. Good communication with Ana. Thank you, we hope to stay here again!

Fernando is an exceptionally warm and likeable host where you feel welcome immediately. The accommodation is spacious and offers plenty of space to relax. The location is particularly practical as you can reach the beach in just a 2-minute walk. Everything was spotlessly clean, which gave us a cozy feeling and made us feel right at home. Here you don't just arrive as guests, but ultimately leave as friends – an unforgettable experience.

Our stay was fantastic. Super equipped spacious apartment in top condition. Amazing peaceful surroundings, the view was so worth it. Beach was fantastic. The hosts were very helpful and went the extra mile by getting our washing done when the machine did not work. A new machine was also installed very quickly. Would absolutely recommend.

We spent 10 days with 8 people (4 adults and 4 teenagers) in this beautiful house. It was simular with the description for better. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms suited our great tribe as well as the large kitchen. The upstairs terrace where we were having breakfast and lunch has a beautiful view of the lagoon. No getting tired of it. Not to mention the terrace with a pool where we loved reuniting with family. The environment is quiet at the end of a street. David with whom we were communicating by email was very responsive. House that we highly recommend.

What a perfect stay at Bom Sucesso Beach! Such a hidden gem! The house is spacious, bright and clean, and just steps away from a few lovely local restaurants overlooking the lagoon. We were so happy to have the bikes to explore. We enjoyed sunset from the rooftop patio. We rented paddle boards for the lagoon. A perfect spot to call home for a few days of exploring this lovely area. Liliane was so helpful and responsive, a most generous host. I'm already dreaming of returning! Thank you!

As in the description, this is an old country house with plenty of charm, not a beige new place filled with IKEA furniture. The location is quiet and beautiful, between the sea and the lagoon, though quite remote if you’re looking for restaurants, shops and bars. This suited us just fine! We spent a few days over the new year, with plenty of walks throughout the day and cosy evenings by the fireplace. A few things could surely be updated, but that also made us feel right at home, as if staying with family. Diogo was a wonderful host and I’d recommended his place to anyone looking for a little home away from home. One last detail: I’m sure our son would have loved the tree house, had he been old enough to climb it ;)

Spotless!

We had a very nice and relaxing week in Noel and Kyra’s lovely house. This is a place meant for family time and relaxation. We went to the beach several times as this is quite close to the house and a really nice beach, however the waves can be quite crazy so you have to be careful. Noel provides comprehensive information and everything is under control. Check in and out works perfect and he will answer in no time, if you text him with questions.

just as expected, location is great and access directly to the beach. restaurants and food store minutes walking. overall nice place. the only issue was it's on the main road so the front has traffic noise but only in the day as night is quiet with few cars. the building carries noise a bit, we had neighbors that were noisy in the day with kids, so that of course is just a matter of who's staying there. would stay again.

We had arrived a little earlier than planned. Through Kristof's good and fast communication, we were able to drop our valices early on. We were very well received, very hospitable and open. We received several tips of what to do in Peniche. The stay itself was very clean and beautiful. When we had any questions, Kristof kept helping us. Beautiful people, beautiful house, recommended!

Nuno was probably the best host we've ever had at AirBnB. Friendly, warm and very helpful. For us as surfers, it was the perfect vacation. Nuno even got us boards at a more than fair price and also had great tips for local surf shops, restaurants and also for really great waves! When we wrote, he responded immediately and helped us. Please stay that way! We would come back anytime!

We loved our stay at Nico and Evelien’s flat. They were incredibly helpful and friendly hosts. The flat was spotless and spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect for us without a car. Walkable to restaurants and beaches. Would definitely return!

Great apartment with an amazing view and 3 swimming pools. We loved it and would love to come back sometime when the weather is better!
