Our family lives on the ground floor, there is another apartment in the attic, which is adjacent to the apartment. Guests appreciate the view of the pond, walking or cycling in the nearby forests, or the possibility of visiting the surrounding cultural monuments. The house is located in a village near Jindřichův Hradec. You can relax, whether you're passing through or want to stay for a few days.

The house is situated in a big art garden full of stone and metal statues,other artifacts,next to the main house. Near Prague center. 2 minutes to a bus stop. Close to metro (subway) station. 20 minutes to the center of Prague. The house has fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Sleeping are is on the upper level of the house. Our cottage

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.
