It features 1 luxurious queen bed, a deluxe air mattress, a comfortable couch, a cozy kitchen, a full bath, 1 off-street parking space, HD TV in every room, blazing fast WIFI, and access to our shared large courtyard with BBQ. 1) No Extra Guests or Additional Guests beyond the number in the reservation. 2) No Pets 3) This isn't a party house.

This unit is close to the beach, downtown San Diego, Sea World and the San Diego airport. Walking distance to downtown Ocean Beach, stores, restaurants, breweries and bars. Just six blocks to the ocean. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Private entrance, good for couples and solo adventurers but it is very small and may not be suitable for taller and/or larger guests. Pets welcome. Mini refrigerator, microwave, a water kettle and a kitchen sink . Again, VERY small space!
