There is a ring door-bell on premises used to check-in guest to verify their identity and the total amount of guest staying at the property. No unauthorized visitors allowed.

Located just six blocks to the beach in beautiful Avon by the Sea! Features 9 foot ceilings, hardwood floors and central air. Washer and dryer, screened in back porch and patio for summer grilling. Comes with 4 beach badges, bike rack and beach chairs. Wifi and smart tvs, as well as a desk in case you need to work while on vacation. One queen bed, two twin beds and one full. Pull out sofa in living room. Also a twin daybed on the back sleeping porch.

This spacious 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath (sleeps 10) rental has a family room, dining area, and a fully stocked kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, serving ware and much more) with stainless appliances and granite counter tops.

Enjoy an old-fashioned stately home (think Downton Abbey but relaxed) convenient to beaches, Pier Village/shopping, Monmouth Park Race Track, Red Bank, music & theater, and train station. The house is comfortable, relaxing and convenient . Literally stroll off the beach for lunch or just take a break from the sun and leave your chair & towels on the beach.
