The house has a living room, an integrated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the ground floor. In PA, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. Wooden cabin ideal for 2 people, with cap. for 3 pers. It has a spacious bedroom with one double bed and one single bed. Kitchen with oven, refrigerator with freezer, bathroom, single grill, deck with pergola, AC and Wifi. With a shared swimming pool (NOT heated) at the front of the complex and a semi-covered individual parking space. We do not accept pets. Located one block from Av. Principal and 600 metres from Playa del Barco. All in an extremely quiet and relaxed atmosphere.
