Upstairs there is a kitchen equipped with crockery, oven and fridge, table with benches and living room with ocean views. In the garden surrounded by trees is the barbecue. The water is from the well, the electric light and the jug gas. It can be accessed by car as it is on the last road tradable by spa vehicle.
