Fully loaded home in the Arlington part of Jacksonville is 18 miles from the JAX Airport, 8 minutes from Downtown, TIAA Stadium (Jaguar Stadium) and the VyStar Arena. 11 miles from Atlantic Beach, 14 miles from Mayo Clinic, I-295, UNF & JU are also a short drive away. Relax at this quaint and laid-back getaway located close to restaurants, airport, cruise terminal and major highways. The property is near nature preserves and state parks that are ideal for hiking , fishing and boating or just relax in any of our many beautiful beaches and enjoy all the fine dining. For entertainment and event venues , Riverside/Downtown is under 30 minutes away. A great place to relax and rest after a day of activities or on your way to your final travel destination.

Fenced 4 bdr House Airport, Cruise, Zoo & Beaches

The house was built in 2023, with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, living/dining room and laundry. There’s a 6 car parking lot + a 2 car garage. Trailers and RVs are welcome (driveway is 60ft long). The back of the house has a fully fenced backyard with a fire pit and grill. In total, 8 people could fit comfortably, though up to 9. If you're staying over the duration of 28 days and would like something added, please let me know. I'll do my best to accommodate all my guests!

Our 1,300 ft.² home was renovated in 2023 with new central heat and air, ceramic tile and hard wood flooring, kitchen appliances and cabinets, bathrooms, and electrical and plumbing. Due to owner allergies, we do not allow pets or companion animals. The home is a block away from 8 restaurants and many local shops. We allow a maximum of 6 overnight guests and 4 visitors on the property at one time.
