Shan is very nice, always responses whenever I have a question. A really independent and quiet space to stay with a lovely garden.

Chris's place was homely and felt very welcoming with tasteful simple decor. It seems he has thought of everything and has also listened to other guests suggestions and acted on them wherever possible. He was helpful and friendly but not interfering at all. The cottage is quite small and yet seems so spacious . The bathroom is quite large and the shower is wonderful with good pressure and with heaps of room at one end to get dry. Everything felt sparkling clean and there is heating and cooling available. Fantastic choice of good quality yummy takeaway foods just a few minutes walk down the road. My partner and I would both recommend this place as "happy and cosy."

Perfect place for our group of 7. Home from home, comfortable beds. Beautiful pool area. Perfect residential area within walking distance to supermarket cafes and shops. Excellent communication from hosts. Flexible with check in and check out and let us keep our luggage at the house.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Alby for our first 4 weeks in Perth. Lee has been incredibly helpful and supportive during our stay - nothing has been too much! She was able to assist us in so many ways, above and beyond her role as an air BnB host! Between her friendliness and the cosy air BnB, we felt right at home, even on the other side of the world. The space was perfect for the 2 of us, a spacious bedroom with a large wardrobe which perfectly fit all our belongings. The large sliding doors can all be opened to let in the lovely afternoon breeze. The private garden really makes the space and is full of lovely plants. The kitchen is well equipped and we especially enjoyed the espresso machine! The living area is really comfortable with a TV and extra storage space. The gorgeous paintings on the walls (painted by Lee or her Dad) are a nice touch, adding to the homely feel of the place. We absolutely loved our stay at the Alby and cannot wait to return! ☺️
