Minpaku Gororin is a private rental accommodation in Yugawara-cho, Kanagawa Prefecture. The host is a local couple who renovated a traditional house built 60 years ago. We live in the adjacent main house and will be happy to provide you with information and assistance. At this facility, you can enjoy BBQ in the garden overlooking the sea (equipment is free). Charcoal, igniters, paper plates and tongs are provided. The room is spacious. We have nostalgic games and toys for both adults and children to enjoy. Popular Atami is also nearby, and there are fireworks displays. Mishima is about 30 minutes away via Atami, so it's convenient for getting to Mt. Fuji! You can enjoy fishing and beach play on the Manazuru Peninsula, and hot springs and autumn foliage in Okuyugawara! Hatsushima, popular with young people, is also close by. Location conditions: Located a 5-minute walk from the station, it provides convenient access to Odawara, Hakone, Izu, Shonan, Kamakura, and more. There are several restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance, and free parking is available. Building/Interior: This is a completely private space on the first floor of a three-story building. The master bedroom has two beds, and the living room has a sofa bed. (It can accommodate up to 6 adults, and +3 people if children sleep together) The room is always decorated with seasonal fresh flowers, providing a comfortable space to help you rest from your travels. It is equipped with a fully automatic washing machine with automatic detergent injection, which is very convenient for travelers. Guests with children can have a children's tent set up if they wish. The toilet is equipped with a standard Washlet. Bathrooms has only a shower. Shoes inside are strictly prohibited. The room faces the street, so you may be bothered by some car noise (there is not much traffic). Free WiFi is available in the room. It has a nostalgic atmosphere, reminiscent of the Showa era. There are many small roads called "Kodo" in the area, and I recommend walking down the narrow roads to see them. You may find unexpected shortcuts. You can enjoy trekking, swimming, diving, fishing, and more. You can enjoy Japanese daily life.

My house is located 5min. on foot from Hakone Itabashi Station. It's a very convenient location to go to HAKONE area. It is 11min. by train to Hakone Yumoto station, It's gateway of HAKONE area. There is also a supermarket 3min.walking distance. And Odawara Castle is a 15min. walk away. My house is a unique Japanese cypress bath like a luxury inn. Also there is a washlette toilet and a washing machine. Considering cleanliness first,I will order the professional shop for sheets cleanig for bed.
