Lake house holiday rentals in Oder-Spree

There were four of us in the accommodation and we felt absolutely comfortable. The view from the couch directly onto the lake is really gigantic and the surrounding area is beautiful for walks and an Aperol on the beach. :) Always happy to come back!

We were a group of 9 friends that stayed at Marta’s place for 4 days and had a wonderful time! The location right at the Oder is beautiful. We had very sunny days where we enjoyed the terrace and the little beach area. We also had grey and slightly rainy days where we enjoyed the sauna and the big common areas for cooking and playing games. There are 3 private bedrooms and one double bed and sofa in the open attic/living room. Marta was very friendly and responsive when we had questions.

Wonderful stay a short distance from Berlin (about 30 minutes). The house is spacious with two good bedrooms and the kitchen was equipped with every comfort. Spacious living room and large garden with plenty of sun. And as a host Angela was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. There's not much to do nearby, but we really came for Berlin. We'd love to come back with our family.

We spent a perfect long weekend here celebrating my birthday with friends and family, and honestly, it was everything. The house was spacious, stylishly minimalist, and stocked with everything we needed — from a great kitchen to an easy-to-use grill. The kids lived their best lives in the sandpit and on the trampoline, while the adults soaked in peaceful vibes and some of the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen. Bonus points for being close to the train station and Aldi. The only hiccup? The curtains weren’t blackout, so getting my toddler to sleep (or sleeping in) took a little extra love. But truly, that’s a tiny note in what was otherwise the ultimate Berlin escape. Would 100% come back in a heartbeat.

The house by the lake is a dream and the hosts extremely friendly, communicative, but still intrusive. The house has everything you need and the garden with direct lake access is a paradise. We would book the house again immediately and highly recommend it, as a couple, with friends or as a family, no matter.

Perfect place for relaxing! Large garden and lovingly furnished cottage in the middle of nature. Everything you need is there. The direct waterfront is unique and a paradise for all ages, especially for those like us who travel a lot with the kayaks. Silke is super nice . Communication and check-in was all straightforward. We enjoyed the time very much, would love to come back anytime:)

Amazing place for a getaway, we had a very peaceful new years and our dog was happy to roam the fenced land plot that belongs to the house. Easy and smooth check-in, a lived-in house full of thoughtful touches, like heated floors in the hallway, a sound system with an iPhone jack, a working fireplace, etc. Kitchen has all the amenities for cooking and then some. Overall a super chill place, would love to go back some time!

We proposed Kristine to rent her apartment for a special occasion and at all times she was flexible, understanding and helped us a lot with all the management!! My partner's birthday was a success and it's thanks to Kristine and her family. The place has its own charm, 10 minutes walk from the most beautiful lake in Berlin (in my opinion) and in a very quiet area. It was a pleasure!!

Really cool vacation spot for people who are looking for a quiet place with lots of little activities to do. They had an awesome garden and on the Lakeside with its own rowboat. Antje and her daughter took really good care of me as well would 100% recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The property was even more beautiful than the photos—spacious, immaculately clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Berlin City or area and we’d love to return in the future. Stephanie is an incredibly nice host and the space is beautiful, inviting, and cozy. The cottage is located on a property with two other houses, yet everyone has their peace and quiet. For our son, the tennis court was the highlight. no, it is not a Wembley, but everything is there (rackets and balls) and for an amateur excellent. tiny and pepper, the two pigs were happy about our spaghetti and were really lovely. we always left our dog on site on the tow line so as not to take risks with the chickens... 😄 the area is really deserted. somewhere in the nowhere, that's how we wanted it. It can't be better to recharge in the forest. However, we have never seen so many ticks. So always think about protection! all in all, it was exactly what we were looking for. a homey home for a short break. thank you so much dear Stephanie, you are a great host. happy to come back

We had a wonderful stay at Martin’s place. Some of the photos really didn’t do the place justice. Everything was clean, neat and was like a home away from home. Shops super nearby and within walking distance. All in all - perfect for our family stay of 3 💕

We had a nice time at Christian's place. The apartment has everything you need, is close to the beautiful lake and surrounded by forest. Fantastic and idyllic. Highlighted is the great terrace with BBQ and the spacious outdoor area. Perfect for kids! Christian is a great host and also the neighbor upstairs is extremely nice. We were amazed by the strong room scent, but after we banished the room scent dispenser in the closet, it was okay with us after ventilating. We highly recommend the apartment and would be happy to come back.

Great large, natural property with direct water access and charming house where we felt very comfortable. We were there with two people and a big dog. Property is completely fenced, so our dog was able to stay outdoors a lot. The home furnishings do not miss anything. The cleanliness was very good in all rooms. Kathrin was a super hostess and if there was a question she responded immediately.

We stayed there for four days in good weather and drove to Berlin daily from there. We were also happy to stay a few days longer to see the surrounding area. The house had a really nice decor and was clean. Check-in and checkout went smoothly. Parking was also provided.

We rented the place for a few days over New Year's Eve. It had everything you need for a few quiet days. In winter, the apartment is heated by a fireplace. That works well and was completely sufficient even on cold nights. Niels was a friendly and dear host and responded quickly to questions. Glad to come back! Our recommendation: The Ludwig Leichhardt circular trail.

Birgit's bungalow is perfect for anyone looking for a quiet place to vacation. It has everything you need. Although there are other houses around the cottage with garden, you are on your own. At night you can watch stars on the terrace and during the day you can walk within about a 7-minute walk to Lake Schwieloch. Thank you for the stay! :-)

We have been here with three families with a total of 14 people. It was great! Highly recommend. Tip: the living room is rather noisy due to the tiles. Maybe put more clothes down to improve the acoustics.

A pleasant place to stay, very friendly, helpful landlords, wonderful tranquility, right on the water, we are thrilled with the opportunity to start directly by kayak into the water. A beautiful nature experience. Hiking and biking, swimming in one of the nearby bathrooms, everything is doable and highly recommended.

What a gem of a place: so close to Berlin, yet so tranquil. The house is well equipped and served us, a family of four, wonderfully. The plot on which the house is located is fantastic as well: a huge garden with fruit trees, a trampoline, a treehouse, and access to a clean stream that leads to the Kalksee (an ideal spot for swimming!). The property's location is also perfect, with the tram stop taking you to Berlin and a few shops (Aldi, Edeka, Norma, KiK) just a short walk away. Finally, our host, Katja, was friendly and responsive, and everything was immaculately clean. We would love to return next year and recommend booking your stay with Katja!

The stay in the Havelhäuschen was very nice all around. The communication in advance was perfect (very friendly and open), the check-in easy, the house well equipped and lovingly furnished. And it is located directly on the Berlin-Copenhagen cycle path😊!!! If the weather had played along, we would have jumped directly into the Havel, paddled around with the SUP and ended the day comfortably in the garden. Instead, we were at the delicious Italian place around the corner!
