This antique yet modernised flat near Oeiras village and Carcavelos beach is perfect for every kind of stay. Be it a summer beach holiday you want or a winter adventure. By car you are 20 minutes away from picturesque Sintra as well as Cascais and about half an hour from Lisbon centre. Two supermarkets, a cash point, typical portuguese Cafés 'Pastelaria e Padaria' and a small shopping centre are all within a less than 5 minute walking distance. You can find a Pharmacy right across the street.

It is located just a 12-minute walk from Santo Amaro Beach and less than 10 minutes from the train that takes you to Lisbon and Cascais. There is a supermarket and a pharmacy less than 5 minutes away. The neighborhood is very peaceful and beautiful with several gardens and very pleasant walks. The balcony overlooks the sea.
