House with private dock and cove on Lake Brownwood. Bring the whole gang! This newly remodeled home on the south shore of Lake Brownwood is sure to please. Enjoy the private lighted boat dock, a "jettied private cove", covered back porch with lake and sunset views. This old home has been completely upgraded while keeping the vintage charm like shiplap walls. The Wild Duck Marina is less than a mile away. FYI the lake is low. Our dock is currently a deck, with beautiful sunset views!

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place to stay with all of the comforts of home! 3 Bedroom, one story home with large back yard that has alley access for extra parking if needed for boats. Fairly close to OH Ivie lake where a Texas angler reeled in an 'historic' bass, one of the largest of all time in February 2023!
