You have 1 bedroom with a closet, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen next to a living room that leads directly to a nice terrace where you can enjoy a hot tub that has a beautiful view of the Matanzas stream. All the rooms have a view that dominates the Matanzas ravine and the sea in the distance. You can also park your vehicle next to the cabin.

Just a 10 minute drive to Punta de Lobos and 20 minutes to Pichilemu centre. Wood is provided at the property for you to heat up the Hot Tub and enjoy free of charge. Its name comes from the stunning view of 3 of the main spots in the area: Matanzas, Las Brisas and "Roca Cuadrada". The house is on a surface of 8.744 s.q.m area and located above at 100 meters over the sea level.
