All the rooms have a view that dominates the Matanzas ravine and the sea in the distance. You can also park your vehicle next to the cabin.

We are close to all the action in Matanzas, just 3 km from the waterfront where you will find restaurants and shops, as well as all the sports and entertainment in the area. We have Wi-Fi provided by Starlink, high-speed satellite internet.

The House of 3 Spots is the first project of the new touristic center called "Centinela de Matanzas". It is located in the best surf, windsurf and kitesurf spot in Chile. Its name comes from the stunning view of 3 of the main spots in the area: Matanzas, Las Brisas and "Roca Cuadrada". The house is on a surface of 8.744 s.q.m area and located above at 100 meters over the sea level.
