Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Ohio River

The home was very nice and met our expectations. We came into the area for work and the location and accommodations were perfect for us.

Went for a weekend getaway and ended up wanted to say longer. Beautiful and private place you won’t regret staying! Perfect place to take the family and get away!

Very clean and comfy with lots of thoughtful amenities for anyone staying. I enjoyed my stay and my pup enjoyed the fenced in backyard. There was a public utility working in the back alleyway and the host was responsive and communicated quickly to ensure no interruptions of any services during my stay. The main road and neighbor's dog are a little noisy during typical sleep hours but that is not the fault of the host, just keep in mind if you are a light sleeper.

What a wonderful getaway. Although it rained most of our trip we enjoyed staying inside and driving around to find nearby covered bridges. The home was clean and we felt right at home. Thanks for having us! We hope to come back in the summer months to enjoy the pool & stargazing.

We were very pleased that we were able to have our small dog with us! Nice yard and we enjoyed the deck. Road in front of house got busy (noisy) in the morning but it didn’t bother us.

Such a great stay. The house was bigger than what I thought too. I enjoyed all the yard games, they left stuff for waffles, and a welcome basket. I didn't have kids with me but it was PERFECT for kids too. It had a pack and play! The kitchen was fully stocked. If you want a vacation where you can just pack clothes and go, this is it. Buy you some firewood and enjoy the pit many times like we did. Our dogs loved it too. It's a new remodel, so ignore the little things outside and you'll love the inside!! In time it'll only get more and more perfect! would stay again.

Just stayed a night but would have stayed more. Good spot near downtown. Perfect for a Louisville excursion.

We were in Cedarville for college graduation and found this gem of a place! Paul and his family were very friendly and the apartment was exactly as described. Beds are very comfortable and the living room accommodated our family nicely as we watched tv and played games. We would definitely stay again.

This was my best friend and I's second trip to Nashville.. we originally had another place booked but I found Brandon and Staci's last minute and switched. We loved the location and the amenities that the building had! The apartment was super clean and we loved that it had toiletries and laundry soap and everything (even though we brought our own now we know for next time). I would highly recommend this place and the hosts were more than responsive and quickly always making sure everything was top tier! We hope to stay with them again next year!

This home was just as promised, very welcoming. We were so happy to be able to bring our fur baby on this trip. It was also great that there was a little play time for all the fur babies, who were so sweet. It was nice to have a few treats to welcome us, along with a couple of bottles of water. The use of the hot tub was divine. We enjoyed sitting in the back garden, listening to birds, squirrels and a babbling brook. We also had fun watching a couple of shows on the large flatscreen TV, with options of plenty of DVDs to view as well. The bed was so cozy, comfy sheets. We definitely recommend coming here for a sweet visit.

Such a great place to stay, close to the parks as well. The theatre room was a lot of fun to enjoy over the weekend and an overall great space to kick back and relax. Would stay here again hands down!

I've stayed at many different places over the last 13 years while riding the Hatfield McCoy trails and this one definitely ranks in the top 5.

I recently stayed at this cabin for the weekend, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The cabin was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making it feel immediately welcoming and comfortable. The surrounding area was incredibly peaceful — perfect for relaxing and disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The setting was beautiful, with nature right outside the door, and it was clear that a lot of care was put into making the space cozy and inviting. The amenities were exactly as described (and even better than expected), and everything we needed was readily available. Overall, this cabin offered the perfect blend of comfort, tranquility, and charm. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet getaway, and I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Loved the large covered front porch with swing, gliders, & rocking chairs. Being outside was a favorite pastime because of the peaceful, quiet, private setting. The guys did a lot of fishing and caught bluegills, bass, & catfish and we enjoyed a continual campfire. We plan to stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay so much, we immediately booked it again for the next year. Jarad is great communicator and works proactively to get the information we needed to enjoy our stay. A great host and a great place (but please don't tell anyone else about our secret!).

We loved the cabin and want to come back for sure. It was very clean, and comfortable! Very well accommodated! We hiked some trails and came back to enjoy the hot tub. Ashley was very responsive and helpful. Would 100% recommend!
