Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ohio River

Lisa's place was extremely clean & quiet. My friends & I rented the house for a girls bookclub weekend of reading & relaxing, & it was the perfect place for it! The hot tub was the perfect way to end our evening, we all slept peacefully. We would like to go back in the summer months to utilize all the amenities Lisa's offered.

This was our third visit to this home and it has never disappointed. It’s a great place for a large family with plenty of room for all. The host is attentive and communicates often. Looking forward to returning!

My family gathered at Adrian's place to celebrate the holidays this December. The house accommodated our group of ten adults very well. The kitchen, dining room, and front living room provided excellent gathering spots with plenty of space and furniture for us to share meals and socialize. The kitchen, in particular, contained ample dishes and silverware for serving meals in addition to a large assortment of cookware. We especially appreciated that the house was decorated for the holidays as that lent an extra festive air. Additionally, the house is located conveniently close to many of the shopping, restaurants and attractions of Marietta.

The place was in perfect shape and was very comfortable for our 6 people. The only problem was that we couldn’t enjoy the beautiful outside because the weather didn’t cooperate. But we still had a blast in the living room because it was so perfect.

This place was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities offered at this airbnb. Wish we could stay forever.

Highly recommend!! Was in town for a show at the Mercury Ballroom and it was less than a 5 minute walk to the venue, 4th street, and a lot of restaurants downtown. Airbnb was very clean, felt safe, looked just like the pictures. Very quiet, did not hear the neighbors at all. This is right in downtown, but did not hear the traffic unless it was a loud vehicle. The bed was also very comfy. Parking garage was very convenient to get to and you can see your parking spot from the unit. Although getting in and out the garage in a Honda Civic was hard because of the tight corners. Longer vehicles like trucks and SUVs might have trouble, but just take it slow. Devin and his team was always nice, communicated very well, and gave detailed instructions. We didnt need anything from them, but always answered within minutes when we did message.

We appreciate how welcoming Leah’s home is. Very clean and uncluttered. The back deck is an extra bonus along with a parking space. Leah made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back when visiting family.

Dominic and Deanna were great hosts, helping us with requests and going the extra mile for our stay! The space itself is rustic and conventional for any length of stay!

The broom was very comfortable and makes you feel at home. There’s a beautiful little balcony with a table and two chairs. The place is so spotless. The beds are excellent. Wi-Fi, huge TV, nice bar in the kitchen, comfortable couch, everything about this place is comfortable, and if I ever need another Airbnb in the area, this will be the place. I don’t know if there will be any that can top this one.

This was our second time staying at this airbnb and the location being so near downtown and Cedarville University where our son attends, was fantastic. I am picky when it comes to cleanliness so I appreciate the fact that Paul's place is always clean. Thanks for another great stay!

We love staying here. I look for events to attend at the Carson Center just to be able to plan a weekend getaway for us. Everything was wonderful as usual.

The place was beautiful and loved the view it’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy your stay it’s also a beautiful small romantic place for you and your spouse As well. We came here for sweeties day and Halloweekend (cedar point)and we really enjoyed our selves.

Third time a charm! I couldn’t be more pleased! The location was perfect! We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Tracey and her property highly enough.

The apartment is in a perfect location close to everything

Place was great for a weekend getaway with kids, they loved the sledding hill which was right outside the condo few mins walking distance. Cozy and quaint!

Great spot. Very relaxing.

Though it’s close to the main road, you need four-wheel drive in winter to get to this condo. We got stuck and could not reach the condo- ended up driving to the next town for snow chains as that was the only way to get there. It’s a nice place and very close to Beech Mountain but important to be aware of accessibility in winter.
