Loft holiday rentals in Okrug

Small family of 4 French, we spent 2 nights. Functional accommodation, we appreciated its proximity to the old center, the clear instructions (video) to meet in the alleys, and the 2 closed bedrooms. On the other hand, it's difficult to park a car nearby and average view of the rooftops.

Katarina and David’s Airbnb Apartment was exactly what we were hoping for. Very quiet, could walk to most places if you enjoy walking. Safe, extremely clean, the beds were fantastic—like a cloud!! And those big front doors pulled back for a wide view and a nice breeze. The water was HOT! Everything you wanted was there including a lovely sweet fruit basket and nice loaf of baked bread. We absolutely loved our say there and would return in a heart beat. The outside deck is very enjoyable for morning coffee or anything else. If we needed anything they were quick to answer and offered many suggestions. One thing—if you have a large car the parking can be a little tricky but you can do it! Enjoy your time in the beautiful city of Split and all the people and places have to offer. Blessing to Katarina and David!

Kate's apartment is excellent if you plan to stay in Split. Close to the sea and the national reserve. She is an excellent host and communicates really well. We had an amazing stay. Thanks for hosting!

The apartment is right within the walls of diocletians palace. Can be a bit loud at night if the windows are open, but if closed you can barely tell you’re in the middle of it all! The place was clean and comfortable, with AC, and bikes which is nice! It is small, but perfect for 2 people. I would advise that there are stairs to the bed though, so not suitable for those that have accessibility needs. Was perfect for my fiancé and I, on our nights in split! I would stay again!

Such a magical spot! Perfect location, so charming, and such a unique experience to stay within the walls of the palace (literally - the wall of the palace forms one wall of the apartment). Easy walking everywhere. A dreamy place. Would definitely stay here again.

Cannot say enough good things about Ivana’s place! The unit itself is beautiful, clean and spacious. The large balcony outside the bell tower offered a front row view to the palace and activity below. Also a great place to catch some afternoon sun. Totally worth the three flights of stairs to the apartment. Walking out the front door into the heart of old town Split was an amazing experience. Host communication was helpful (just make sure to follow check in instructions - we were rushing and went to the wrong location). Ivana provided great restaurant recommendations. She also left a special gesture as we were on our honeymoon. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Our stay at Dino’s place was fantastic! Communication was super smooth – Dino replied quickly and was always helpful. The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Split, ideal for exploring the Old Town, Diocletian’s Palace, and nearby restaurants. Everything was spotless and well-equipped: modern A/C units in every room, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, two TVs, and extra blankets. A special touch was Dino’s welcome with water, tea, coffee, sweets, and a helpful guidebook full of local tips and recommendations. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely break away. Our host was great with lots of information given on arrival to help with our break. Would recommend.

This was my second stay at Negri's wonderful apartment. The apartment is fantastic and in a great location. Negri is a marvelous host.
