Sommerhuset ligger på en lukket grund på 2190 m² naturgrund med legeredskaber. Der er en dejlig stor lukket terrasse med havemøbler, 2 solsenge og bænk. 1 husdyr kan medbringes men må ikke være i sofaen. I 2020 gennemgik sommerhuset en delvis renovering. Rygning ikke tilladt.
