The size of the Lodge is 3x6 m, of which one meter is a covered outdoor kitchen. Wildlife lookout point around the corner! Restaurants and bike rentals are within walking distance. Public transportation 10-15 min.

The luxurious and stylish accommodation is located on the Berkel in the historic Hanseatic city of Zutphen. It is a wonderful base for exploring Zutphen and its surroundings all year round. It is only a few minutes' walk to the city. Zutphen is a beautiful city with many historic buildings with nice shops, museums and many restaurants. There are several hiking/cycling routes. So you can explore the IJssel/Berkel area, the forests or Veluwe. From the backyard, you can step onto a SUP or into a canoe.

Speaking of market; the market on Thursday and Saturday in the center is worth a stroll. Cycling with the wind in your hair in the countryside or to a museum or theater. Relax or work. Light and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

The flat is within walking distance of the shops and restaurants in Velp, near Arnhem, Burgers Zoo, Open Air Museum and of course National Park Veluwezoom. The forest cottage is located on the Veluwezoom. Within a few meters, you are in the middle of the forest. The cottage is located in the Jutberg holiday park.
