Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Even though we are in the center of Velp, our cottage is quiet. National Parks Veluwezoom and Hoge Veluwe are within cycling distance, and the city of Arnhem is 10 minutes away by car or public transport. Ideal for recreation or business travelers. . Privacy and hospitality are key words for us. You will have a light living room, a complete kitchen and bathroom, a bedroom, two more beds in a small loft, a veranda and a small yard. The house has all the comforts (WiFi, bedding, towels, bicycles, etc.), and has a spacious terrace with lounge, and a child-friendly garden. Located at Veluw's Hof holiday park, the tropical forest cottage is surrounded by facilities such as a swimming pool, tennis court, restaurant and a lovely forest for hiking and biking.

Since July 2020, our guest house has been open for bookings: A renovated old stable, located in the grounds of our 1804 farm, located on 4.5 acres of grassland. Ideal for 1-4 people, a 5th guest is welcome. 2 Double Beds + 1 stretcher. On request: 1 cot and 1 travel bed. It is fully independent. The stable has been renovated keeping original materials, trendy interior and amazing views over our garden. * Our garden can also be booked as a shoot location

Very spacious apartment in the basement for 2 to 4 p. A private covered outdoor area (Serre) located directly on the lake with a jetty and magnificent view. Swimming and water sports are plenty possible. The lake is located in a nature reserve where cycling and hiking trails are not lacking. Would you like to shop or sniff culture, Den Bosch, Venlo and Nijmegen are just around the corner. The apartment is fully furnished. Coffee/tea facilities included.

Farm studio Lovenem with swimming pool and sauna

A unique overnight stay in a studio above the former pig barn. Boerderijstudio Lovenem is located on the first floor of the former pigsty and is therefore also called "the pigsty" for short. This old barn has its own entrance. The guesthouse consists of one large room where you can recreate, sleep and work. Boerderijstudio Lovenem is on the outskirts of the village of Leuvenheim, directly on the cycling and hiking trails of the Veluwe.
