Enjoy this centrally-located newly renovated flat, in great location. Easy access to villages and towns , with motorway links to Manchester & Liverpool , close to Chester’s historic centre . On trans Pennine way and close great village full of shops and restaurants short walk over bridge. We price on 2/3 people but would like to mention we have stairs to flat and internally to top bedroom. Not suitable for children under 12. First floor bedroom is same level as bathroom. Two doubles available

Next Door: a cosy one-bed apartment

All are welcome to stay in my cosy, quiet property. Easily accessible by public transport and a short trip to the town centre, it is attached to my home but has a separate entrance, being completely private with its own patio and parking space. You’re free to use my garden with its sheltered hammock swing - perfect for shade in the heat or shelter for rain, converting to a bed. Enjoy the books and games provided, small free weights and yoga mat, or bake, using the KitchenAid mixer. Indulge!

Two local pubs within minutes walking distance, with food served. Village shop. Indian restaurant. Excellent motorway links, 5 minutes from M6. 10 Minutes to the Trafford Centre. Manchester Airport 20 minutes. Halliwell Jones Stadium 6.4 miles approx 15 mins. Warrington Town Centre 15 Minutes. A J Bell, 5.9 miles approx 9 mins. Contractors welcome. No Pets.

Our Chapelford apartment is located in a private and peaceful complex with a developing sense of community. Chapelford Urban Village has been built on the former Burtonwood RAF base, located just off junction 8 of the M62 giving easy access to the motorway network. This location really is perfect accommodation for families or professionals working on the Omega site, it’s also ideal if you are working in Warrington Centre but would prefer to be a way from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Welcome to our annexe! Situated in our back garden (with its own private entrance) , our cosy annex was completed in 2021 to a high standard. The annex comprises of double bedroom, bathroom, living area (that can be converted into a separate sleeping area) and a well equipped kitchenette. Located centrally within Chapelford, there is a pub (serving food), supermarket, chemist, park and train station (with direct trains to Manchester and Liverpool) all within a 3 minute walk.

Our beautifully decorated annexe is completely self-contained with its own front door, luxury kingsize bed, en-suite, small FreeSat TV and mini kitchen including hob, microwave and fridge. There is also access via patio doors to our large garden. Please note that babies are welcome, please bring your own travel cot. Free on street parking is available on a very wide, quiet road.
