Newly renovated studio with a private sunny terrace located in the Antiques district close to the Port of Nice. The 24 m2 studio (+ 7 m2 terrace) has a light, airy open-plan living space including a fully equipped kitchen-diner, lounge/bed room with a top quality Italian fold-down sofa bed. Separate bathroom with spacious shower, WC and washing machine. It is on the 1st floor (US: 2nd floor) with an elevator. The new tram line - just 300m away - is a real advantage (see Getting Around below).

Perched on the rooftops, it is a two-room, simple and authentic, in a typical Nice building in a pedestrian alley of the old town, a short walk to Place Rossetti, Cours Saleya and the beach. Ideally located in the heart of Nice, it allows you to discover the city and its surroundings. Its balcony offers views of the rooftops and is an invitation to relax in the sun during the day or in the cool in the evening. I don't speak English.
