Holiday rentals with a fireplace in old nice, Nice

Thomas accomodated most of our needs with best of his attentions. I recommend this place, for those with families wanting private time.

The views from Villa Elaia were nothing short of spectacular from the Mediterranean Sea (panoramic view from Nice to Cannes) in front to the mountains in back, in a peaceful neighborhood, well sheltered and private and in walking distance to a gorgeous, medieval, artisan village and everything it had to offer. We loved absolutely everything about this magnificent villa; from the spaces: the comfortable & large living inside and outdoors along the expansive terrace, the tastefully decorated bedrooms, ample bathrooms, gardens, terraces, amazing pool, and fantastic kitchen & dining areas both inside and out. It was perfect for a family reunion. Sophie and her team were delightful and responsive. Book this place, you won’t have any regrets!

Die Unterkunft ist in Wirklichkeit noch traumhafter! Idyllisch, ruhig, super gelegen für einen absolut erholsamen Urlaub. Rachel hat uns bei allem geholfen und war so unglaublich toll. Die Unterkunft ist zudem super sauber. Um sich zu erholen ein perfekter Ort und eine traumhafte Lage!! Wir würden gerne wiederkommen und hatten eine unglaublich schön, entspannte Zeit! Herzlichen Dank für alles!!!

A beautiful, well positioned apartment where everything has been done to a really high spec and feels brand new. Beds are comfortable and everything was clean with all the basics you could need with two shower rooms with toilets plus a separate toilet and jacuzzi bath. It was our first visit to Antibes so we’re flying a little blind but lucked out with this apartment — facing the sea with views from every window along a promenade that made for peaceful walks home from the daily market or wandering around the old town/ coming back from dinner, both of which reachable in 5 minutes by foot. In between two beaches and easy to bounce from Antibes to the beaches of juan les pins or take the train up and down the coast as you wish. I travelled with a 2 nearly 3 year old and she had the time of her life!

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances très sympa dans cette location. Les enfants ont pu profiter de l'extérieur pour jouer. La maison est très bien située dans la région et offre de multiples solutions de ballades côté mer et arrière pays. Merci à Jacques pour tout ces conseils et moments d'échanges amicaux !

Catherine is a wonderful host! This place was perfect for a family of four and the view was stunning! We spent a lot of time - morning and night - on the terrace embracing the view. Everything we needed was supplied, including a fridge outside - that helped tremendously and allowed us to eat breakfast and dinner at the house. Catherine checked on us daily and gave us great recommendations to restaurants and ice cream shops which were delicious! A grocery store isn't far from the house and there is a path (short cut) that cuts down the time if you want to walk. Remember, you are carrying items uphill on the way back! It was a little chilly for the pool while we were there, but in warmer weather - what an addition to your trip! Not a far drive to Nice or Monaco! Thank you, Catherine and Sergey!

Cette bergerie rénovée dans un style contemporain est des plus charmante, très bien équipée et située au calme. Rien à redire également sur la propreté des lieux à notre arrivée. Par ailleurs Marine et Anthony sont réactifs et répondent à la moindre sollicitation/demande de conseil. En conclusion je recommende vivement pour qui veut visiter Nice et son arrière pays.

J’avais réservé le logement pour mes parents. Didier les a super bien accueilli. Le logement est idéalement placé et on peut tout faire à pied (3 minutes du centre , 10 minutes de la gare et de la mer). Je recommande fortement ce logement.

Location is great as a short walk to promenade/beach and restaurant and shopping all within a few minutes. Did not feel touristy. Luisa’s home had everything we needed with grocery stores close by. Also convenient was parking nearby which allowed us to go in and out for day trips to Monte Carlo, etc.

Excellent séjour dans ce très bel appartement à la déco stylée, très bien équipé et très confortable. L'emplacement est tout simplement idéal ; la réputation du Carré d'Or à Nice n'est pas usurpée. De plus, Marie-Françoise est une hôte très sympathique qui partage les bonnes adresses et qui se montre très réactive. Une adresse précieuse !

Asunto on mukava neljälle aikuiselle. Sijainti aivan meren äärellä, kaunis maisema. Alakerran boulangerie on loistava, herkulliset tuotteet ja ystävällinen palvelu. Lähistöltä on helppo liikkua bussilla ja junalla pitkin Cote d’Azuria. Jose ja Catherine ovat ystävällisiä ja joustavia isäntiä.

A cozy little studio, the couch pulls out easily to make a comfortable double bed. it has a lot of charm, a beautiful marble fireplace mantle & two French doors and a table to sit out on a terrace to have your morning coffee or evening aperitif! A couple of blocks towards the water there is a tram station that can take you directly to place Garibaldi or The port! And it is very walkable to the train station to visit other towns like antique or Monaco, etc. and if you go above the train station, there is liberation Square, which has a wonderful market in the mornings. And the main shopping street is also only minutes away, but it is a quiet area to make a good stay in NICE. Also, it helps to have the elevator with your luggage, but it’s easy to walk downstairs.

Location is amazing with everying just outside the door. The apartment was modern and clean and the host super nice. Perfect spot to explore the city and old town.

Simon's place is in a perfect location. It is in the center of the old town and in close proximity to everything. Lots of cafes, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, movie theatre, and last but not least it is walking distance to all public transportation including the train station to the airport. Simon is one of the best hosts ever! He is very responsive, helpful and kind. He went out of his way to make my long stay comfortable. He even helped me with my suitcase up the stairs when I arrived, showed me the apartment and explained everything that I needed to know. My flight back was early in the morning and I had to leave the house at 6:00am. I very touched when he helped me take my suitcase down the stairs and walked me to the station. He loves Nice and his passion for the city comes through by helping his guests feel right at home! Thank you Simon for everything!

This is a wonderful apartment for a couple, or a couple with two young kids(there are bunk beds for them in a nook). Location could not be better. Everything is within easy walking distance( train/ port/grocery stores/ dept stores/restaurants/patisseries and outdoor cafes….borders historic centre) . Antibes is a very special place, and this is the perfect base for exploring it and neighboring sites on the Côte d’Azur. Enjoyed starting and ending our days on the apartment balcony watching the world go by.

Justine’s house was perfect for our two families of younger and older children. Extremely well appointed with everything needed and immaculately clean. The pool with a fence was a big plus with younger children. We would stay again!

This was absolutely amazing stay! Villa is just gorgeous and has everything you need! Spotless clean and very light inside, big swimming pool for the whole family! Very close to beaches, Nice and Antibes. We loved all the details of the villa and would absolutely go back!

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

Beautiful villa castle-style retreat in the mountains with a 1500 feet breathtaking view of Monaco and the Mediterranean. Quiet, fantastic surroundings with flowers, trees, great outside lighting at night for a unique and wonderful atmosphere. All bedrooms were large, beautiful and en suite with outstanding views … my wife and guests were truly amazed by the facilities and decor. We had plenty of adequate parking for our rental car plus parking for our guests. Our outside evening barbecue party with music made our stay special and created a lasting experience for us and our guests.

Charmerende hus med fantastisk beliggenhed i rolige og naturskønne omgivelser. Julie og Adrien var utrolig hjælpsomme og imødekommende. Stor tak til jer, vi kommer gerne igen og anbefaler meget gerne huset til andre også

La casa está ubicada en una situación privilegiada, tranquila e ideal para familias. Está situada perfectamente para visitar la zona de la Costa Azul. La recomiendo.
