Monthly Rentals in Oldbury

The accommodation is as described which was set up like a self contained studio (microwave, fridge, cutlery etc available) which provides adequate privacy as well as being able to prepare a light meal. What I thought was a nice touch was the complimentary refreshments available. What I would improve on, based on personal preference would be to have a curtain at the window due to the natural light coming through the blinds early in the morning.

A pure Gem . A friendly host and very accomodatting . The property was fantastic ....well equipped kitchen , comfortable bed and awesome shower.! and with two fur babies it was a wonderful surprise to have an enclosed secure space for them to play . As a short stay the location was just perfect ... easy access for city centre , retail , dining and entertainment . We look forward to our next visit . " IT WAS BOSTIN !! " 10/10

The house it fabulous. It’s modern, fresh, feels new and has everything you need for a stay. The listing description and images matches the actual reality precisely. Check in was simple and Eric’s communication was clear, prompt and super helpful. The house is good for a family stay or a business/work stay. We would 100% stay here again and recommend to friends, family and work colleagues. Eric is an A+ AirBnB’er, this is exactly how AirBnB should operate, nice one Eric!
