The beach, city centre and train station can be reached on foot in about 10-15 minutes, the nearest supermarket is in the immediate vicinity. Dogs are welcome here!

It is ideal for excursions to the islands, Halligen, Denmark, Flensburg and Husum. The tiny house offers a fully furnished apartment with 18 square meters, a full bathroom, fresh water in the pipes, electric heating and fast internet. It is nicely decorated so that you feel comfortable right away upon arrival. Private parking on our property.

We live directly on the Wiedaudeich, which belongs to a large nature reserve with a fascinating birdlife and at the same time forms the border with Denmark. THESE ARE NOT INCLUSIVE AND OUT OF STOCK. You pay your tourist tax directly to the host and receive a spa and beach use card as a receipt. Every guest is subject to tourist tax. The tourist tax will be paid by the host directly to the municipality of Sylt.

This small 40 sqm apartment on the ground floor is ideally suited for two people. On request, three people can stay here. The third person can sleep in the alcove under the stairs. The bedroom can be closed by a door. Above this sea-like apartment is the Nordstrandnixe über Land.
