The apartment has a huge terrace facing the seaside where you can dine and enjoy crickets chirping in the sicilian summer nights. For the BBQ lover the apartment offers a BBQ. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

Rental cars with airport transfer (2h) is also available. ** The holidayhome is located in the mountains with a view into the nature. It has a pool (not heated) and a private garden area. We strongly recommend to have a car. From the house you can reach many points of interest (the vulcanic islands, the Etna etc). Even supermarkets, ice cream shops and restaurants are close to the house. The beach is 20 minutes away.

The house overlooks a wide open space with an outdoor small kitchen and a garden with different kinds of mediterranean plant and trees that surround the villa. At the ground floor there is a large kitchen and living room with a chimney and sofabed; upstairsr there are a double bedroom and one with 2 single bed, an antechamber, a balcony, the bathroom. All the rooms have heating, windows (with net) and wardrobe. There is air conditioning either on the ground and the first floor

La Casa di Rosa (a short walk from Marinello and Tindari)

The house is very spacious (150 square meters), there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms both with a shower, a kitchen with a living room equipped with a television, a large and bright attic in which there is a 55-inch television, and two sofa beds. From here you can access the terrace overlooking the sea, which is also equipped with a kitchen, dining table, deckchairs, and sofas on which you can relax and enjoy the wonderful view: the sea, the beach, and the Tindari promontory.
