The house is bordered by a newly completed terrace, a large garden with lots of greenery (currently being renovated), a pool of 4 x 8 m with seating and lounging options. The outdoor area of the pool will also receive a new look next year.

The 4 room apartment is located in the heart of Brandenburg and thus in the middle of idyllic nature as well as in the immediate vicinity of Berlin (12 min to the city centre by train) and Potsdam (Sanssouci Palace). It is fully equipped so maintaining yourself is easy. My accommodation is well suited for couples (#berlincity), single travellers, adventurers (#döberitzerheide), business travellers (#messeberlin) and furry friends (pets) or bike enthusiasts.

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. The apartment is located in an old manor house, which is used as a multi-generational home. Like all other apartments, it has a separate entrance. The apartment can be heated via wall radiators, underfloor heating, or a fireplace. The floors are made of tiles or pine planks.

We are located on the outskirts of Potsdam in the beautiful district of Bornim. Our accommodation can be reached by car or by bike. Bus connection is about 5 minutes' walk or several bus connections about 15 minutes' walk.
