House Vila Stari Grad has 5 apartments. It is placed in the center of beautiful Dalmatian town Omiš. Markets, restaurants and beautiful beaches are very near. Also there are a lot of historical places to visit, as well as there is variety of social events through the whole summer. Come and enjoy our beautiful beaches, crystal clean sea and relaxed atmosphere of the old part of one of the most beautiful towns in whole Dalmatia! Apartment 3 is small apartment, it is studio apartment with big bed for two persons + living room, mini kitchen, SAT TV, wireless internet and bathroom. Apartment is air conditioned. Everything is included in price! Price before July 1 and after September 1 is 25 euros per night. During July and August price is 35 euros. We'll be glad to be your hosts! :) Note: if guests stay for three or less nights price is 30% higher.

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

Apartment si located 450 m from the sea coast in very quiet area where you can enjoy in your complete privacy. While relaxing in our swimming pool or jacuzzi and drinking some coctail you will surely be amazed by the magical lights of the city of Split or the islands of Brac, Šolta, Hvar, Vis together with the stars above you during the night.

A beautiful new apartment, located on the promenade along the river Cetina in Omis. It has a terrace with a view of the river, the sea and the mountain. In its vicinity is quiet cafe bar and restaurant. The apartment is located close to the main town sandy beach (approx. 400m). The apartment is 400 m from the city center, where the fresh fish market and vegetable market are. In the old town there are many restaurants and cafes. A supermarket is 200 m from the apartment.

Apartman se nalazi na najboljoj poziciji u Omišu i ima otvoreni pogled na more. Potrebno je samo liftom spustiti se do izlaza i odmah ste nasuprot plaže koja je udaljena 20 metara. Apartman je u potpunosti renoviran 2024. godine. Na velikom balkonu s pogledom na plažu i more nalaze se udobne stolice i stol pa ćete se s užitkom provoditi svoje vrijeme uz miris mora. U blizini je restoran, pekarnica, caffe bar, trgovina. Do starog dijela grada je potrebno 5 minuta hoda.

Ovaj lijepo uređeni apartman smješten je u potkrovlju obiteljske kuće. Ima 1 sobu, dnevni boravak s kuhinjom i kupaonicu. Ispred se nalazi velika terasa s vrtnim namještajem. Dio terase je natkriven pa gosti mogu i za vrijeme najjačeg sunca biti u hladu. Odmor na terasi uljepšat će pogled na more, povijesni grad Omiš i klisure iznad njega. More je udaljeno ca. 300m i do njega se dolazi stubama ili vijugavom lokalnom cestom.

You'll love this place because you can jump in the crystal clean sea directly from your bed; because of the scent of the sea, wonderful sunsets and sunrises, magical summer views and the coziness.
