Terrace with evening sun/sunset. 1500 m to the grocery store. 2 km to the harbor. Cleaning is included. Bedding and towels are not included but can be rented for DKK 250

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

This unique place has a style all its own. Located near the city's Axeltorv, close to eateries and shops, and close to the harbor quay. This is the house for a cozy weekend or a longer vacation. The house contains 2 floors with a living room floor, which is decorated as a tasteful "meeting room" with a smaller kitchen and bathroom. On the first floor is a larger city apartment with a large, bright and south-facing living room, kitchen in retro style (renovated), bathroom with toilet and bedroom. Private cozy courtyard.

Surrounded by water in Svendborgsund

A cottage with a special location surrounded by water on 3 sides in the middle of Svendborgsund. The house has been modernized with a new kitchen and bathroom as well as post-insulation so that it can be used all year round. The bedroom is bedroom with a new "Emma" bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed in good quality with room for adults. There is an outdoor shower and a staircase in the water for the morning dip. The 36 m2 house is south-facing, so you can experience both sunrises and sunsets from the house.

Boathouse

Home away from home… Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend in this gently renovated, thatched-roof gem from 1860 – surrounded by nature and just a few minutes' walk from the beach. Open the patio door and step out onto your private terrace with a view of the water. In the summer, you can rinse the salt water off under the outdoor shower. The boathouse is a separate residence, while I live in the main house with my two cats. Cleaning is included – so you can enjoy your stay from start to finish.

Cabin by the forest

My charming wooden cottage, located 100 meters from the edge of the forest, invites you to the simple primitive life surrounded by peace and beautiful nature. Sleep well in the cabin's loft overlooking the field, and enjoy your morning coffee among the birdsong and maybe you'll see a deer. Breakfast and drinks can be purchased. Please ask. Small double bed in the loft for 2. Bedding for child/adult, with mattress/weekend bed in the living room. Sheets, duvet and pillow covers and towels are included

Skafterup gl.skole v.skov and beach

Charmerende trelænget ejendom, som ligger smukt i udkanten af Skafterup og på vejen til Bisserup, med sandstrand og en lokal hyggelig havn. En 80 m2 lejlighed med åben stue/køkken og direkte adgang til haven. Fokus på Bæredygtighed med bl.a. genbrugsmøbler. Ejendommen er renoveret med respekt bl.a. vinduer malet med linolie, bindingsværk af egetræ, papiruldsisolering mv. Affaldssortering og genanvendelse er vigtigt her hos os, så vi optimerer råstoffer og materialer for fremtidens generationer.

Scenic guest house

Visit our small guest house. We stayed there while we renovated our farm, which is 25 meters from the guest house, separated by trees. It is quiet and scenic, and it has beautiful views of grasslands with wild animals and birds. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Sorø lake and 15-20 minutes through the forest to Parnas, a family-friendly swimming area with shade and a swimming bridge. Parnasvej and the railway can be heard in the background when sitting outside. It doesn't bother us.

Cozy Jeppesen Cottage

Welcome to our charming Jeppesen cottage, which is preserved in the best 60s style, on idyllic Omø with sea views! Located between lush gardens, our cozy retreat offers both sun and shade. The house is just a short walk from a pebble beach and a bike ride from a lovely sandy beach. The local grocery store is just around the corner for your daily needs. Last but not least, you wake up every day to the sight of rare birds from the nearby reserve. Come and experience the magic of nature!

Overlooking the water and located by Langø harbor, you can have a relaxing holiday in our newly renovated cottage, which we have renovated ourselves over the past few years. We would like to share our place in the small fishing village of Langø with others who appreciate personal decor, relaxation on the terrace with magical sunsets, a lovely large kitchen-living room and a cozy enclosed garden. Eat at home or at the fish bar at the harbor and go on trips in the area.
