Terrace with evening sun/sunset. 1500 m to the grocery store. 2 km to the harbor. Cleaning is included. Bedding and towels are not included but can be rented for DKK 250

Secluded and directly by the sea with its own jetty

If you are looking for a romantic stay, or a very special experience with the family, this is the place. You can completely unwind in peace and quiet, enjoy the beautiful view of the fjord while the fire warms you. You have your own bathing bridge, the forest in your backyard, good sandy bottom and fine bathing conditions. The area is peaceful, with a very rich wildlife. Borrow our rowboat for a sailing trip, or if you want to go fishing in the fjord. Shopping opportunities can be found in Nakskov, so borrow our bikes and take the pleasant trip there through the forest.

Cottage in the first row, sauna and private beach

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Penthouse, directly to the water

Lützens Palæ, newly renovated, 180 m2, directly to Svendborgsund. Beach, marina, views from all primary rooms and balcony. 5-10 minutes to the city center, cafes, restaurants, theater and music. Elevator to hallway, which opens into a new Swan kitchen, with cooking island, wine cooler, etc., open to a large living room and the view of the sound. Bathroom, with double sink, and double shower. Surrounded by water in Svendborgsund

A cottage with a special location surrounded by water on 3 sides in the middle of Svendborgsund. The house has been modernized with a new kitchen and bathroom as well as post-insulation so that it can be used all year round. The bedroom is bedroom with a new "Emma" bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed in good quality with room for adults. There is an outdoor shower and a staircase in the water for the morning dip. The 36 m2 house is south-facing, so you can experience both sunrises and sunsets from the house.

Boathouse

Home away from home… Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend in this gently renovated, thatched-roof gem from 1860 – surrounded by nature and just a few minutes' walk from the beach. Open the patio door and step out onto your private terrace with a view of the water. In the summer, you can rinse the salt water off under the outdoor shower. The boathouse is a separate residence, while I live in the main house with my two cats. Cleaning is included – so you can enjoy your stay from start to finish.

"Enebo" - forest cabin in the middle of nature

Imagine an escape from the noise of everyday life in the heart of an old forest, where only the sounds of nature fill the air. Inside, the cottage offers a charming atmosphere with rustic details. The open fireplace is the heart of the home - a perfect gathering place. Outside, a large terrace awaits, capturing the sun's rays from morning to evening. It's the ideal place to enjoy a cup of coffee. The area invites long hikes, where the silence is only broken by the many sounds of the forest.

Scenic guest house

Visit our small guest house. We stayed there while we renovated our farm, which is 25 meters from the guest house, separated by trees. It is quiet and scenic, and it has beautiful views of grasslands with wild animals and birds. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Sorø lake and 15-20 minutes through the forest to Parnas, a family-friendly swimming area with shade and a swimming bridge. Parnasvej and the railway can be heard in the background when sitting outside. It doesn't bother us.

Strandhuset

Wonderfully located beach house in the absolute first row overlooking waves and sunrises, your own little bathing hotel. Good, new beds, duvets, air-dried cotton bedding, good soaps, the best linens. Virtually all the necessities for a stay beyond the ordinary. The house is a beautiful, soon to be 100-year-old lady. The age also means that you should not expect a state-of-the-art, streamlined house, there are nooks and crannies, maybe a little bend. It's a house to live in.

Ocean view & coziness in a stylish summer house on Langø

With a view of the water and located by Langø harbour, you can have a relaxing holiday in our lovely holiday home, which we have renovated ourselves over the last few years. We would like to share our place in the small, quiet fishing village of Langø with others who appreciate personal decor, relaxing on the terrace with magical sunsets, a lovely large kitchen-living room and a cosy enclosed garden. Eat at home or at the fish bar in the harbour and go on trips in the area.

The home was built in 18409 and once housed the Old Costoms, has now been restored with respect for the old. The home is atmospheric and exudes home, so here it is easy to calm down and relax. There is plenty of space for the whole family in this spacious and unique home.
