A charming three-bedroom property, beautifully located on the outskirts of Skafterup and on the way to Bisserup, where there is a sandy beach and a local cozy harbor. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The guest house has its own bathroom and kitchen. There is a private entrance and parking. The guest house is well suited for one or two nights for guests passing through. Many choose the place as a quiet stop on their journey. Guests can check in without a host. Boathouse

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

Scenic guest house

Visit our small guest house. We stayed there while we renovated our farm, which is 25 meters from the guest house, separated by trees. It is quiet and scenic, and it has beautiful views of grasslands with wild animals and birds. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Sorø lake and 15-20 minutes through the forest to Parnas, a family-friendly swimming area with shade and a swimming bridge. Parnasvej and the railway can be heard in the background when sitting outside. It doesn't bother us.
