Jaynee and her family made us feel right at home. Our stay was super relaxing and enjoyable. The property had gorgeous views and the kids loved the cows. The space had all the necessary amenities and was very clean. Dan took our family on a ride through the property to see the wild life and views. I would highly recommend this place. We will be back !

This is a quiet rustic spot Jeannie made it a point to introduce herself and let me know if I needed anything just reach out I took advantage of the free snacks and if you forget anything there was a nice assortment of toiletries My only disappointment for the stay is i did not get to pet the dog!!!!!

Great place for a quick trip. The apartment was very spacious and clean. I appreciated the snacks left out for me. Everything was as described and the parking directions were very clear.

Excellent rental and great communications with Stephanie. We loved the back yard, docks, kayaks and fantastic views. Easy walk to some of the restaurants and beach area. Would certainly rent again and hope to return to Sylvan Beach during the summer months when more is open. Thank you :)

Great location (walking distance from St Elizabeth’s Hospital! 5-7 mins tops!) Public transport right at your doorstep! Beautiful neighborhood, responsive host! TV has multiple viewing options and never an issue with wifi. Had a few little bumps along the way but were rectified! Overall I would and have recommended the gem!

I had a great one month stay here while visiting my daughter at a nearby college as well as other family and friends on the east coast. The unit is the upper floor of a two floor house, while I was there no one was in the bottom unit. The photos are accurate, and the unit was well stocked with dishes, pans, spices, cooking oils, cleaning supplies and paper goods. The unit is simple and quiet, about a 7-8 minute walk to the main square of Clinton where there is a nice coffee shop, 3-4 restaurants and several crafts/gifts/arts stores. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

I enjoyed keiths place alot. he was very accommodating and made sure I had everything i needed.

Debi and I have stayed at quite a few Airbnb’s, and this was, by far, the absolute BEST Airbnb experience we have had to date! Cannot recommend Hewerton’s place enough. Classic renovated building, beautiful individual space, and close to all you need!

The Longhorn ranch air b n b was terrific! The space was very clean and Ellen even had a bottle of wine for us upon arrival! The longhorns and the property were both incredible and Teddy their golden retriever came to visit us and we loved him - overall five stars for both the property and the communication! We will be coming back

A girls' weekend getaway was even better than hoped for because Rebecca's place was so homey and comfortable! We made a great staycation there! The kitchen has absolutely anything you could possibly need. The linens in bed and bath were clean, cozy, and soft. The home was neat and super clean. Rebecca stopped in after it arrival to make sure the new furnace and thermostat were working well and made it clear she would be available if we needed her. She highlighted some local restaurants and businesses we might want to check out. One feature I really loved was the entry room which made transitioning our stuff in/outdoors in the rain very easy! I highly recommend staying at Rebecca's welcoming, clean, comfortable home!

Cute and exceptionally clean apartment. Great location, walkable to attractions and restaurants. Very peaceful. Eileen was a wonderful host. We would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend this one of a kind, memorable stay. The unique and tastefully vintage variety of furniture, wallpaper, lighting, and more gives this apartment feeling that is a perfect mix of homey and intriguing. Literally every item down to the handmade and hand-painted ceramic cups for water was so thoughtful, interesting, and well curated. It made it all the more fun to just hang out inside during the cold weather and made a college visit feel like a vacation. The apartment was also 100% clean, and both beds were super comfortable. To top it all off, the hosts responded almost immediately to any questions we had throughout our stay. While we didn't get the chance to use them, the apartment was well stocked with books, games, and idea cards. They also had ample cooking supplies & utensils. Lastly, it is conveniently located within the town, only a few steps away from cute restaurants, shops, and Utica Coffee, a small but efficient cafe bustling with Utica Coffee. 10/10!!!!!

A beautiful and very clean air bnb! It was nice and warm when we arrived and SO clean! We felt right at home and it was the perfect stay after attending a wedding in the area. Jamie is a lovely host, very friendly and responsive! We look forward to our next trip upstate and staying here again! Thank you again Jamie!

Lisa's place was beautiful, lots of space and very peaceful. Instructions were very clear; easy entry. The apartment is located just a couple of miles outside the center of Cazenovia, a very charming town.

We stayed over Christmas to see family while visiting from SC. The place was just right for the two of us and our puppies who really enjoyed running around in the snow for the first time. We were happy to see that someone plowed the long driveway so we didn’t have to worry about that. We really enjoyed staying there and would definitely consider staying again. We had a great trip!

The property itself was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood but still close to all the attractions and amenities I wanted to explore.

AMAZING! My husband and I could not have been happier with our stay in Deansboro at this adorable cabin. The owner Dan was super friendly, even went out of his way to bring us homemade blueberry scones and muffins. Ian, the property manager was really helpful and responsive to every thing we could possibly need. The property itself was gorgeous! We had no idea about the million dollar view that awaited us when we pulled up to the property. The hot tub was lovely, we enjoyed that while watching the sunset with a campfire going. The cabin itself was clean and cozy, and the bed was comfortable. There are some trails behind the cabin that we enjoyed walking and breathing in the nature and beauty around us. Just super peaceful and serene, we would definitely come stay here again if we find ourselves in the area! The people managing and running the property are just the nicest people and if we could leave them a 6 star review, we would!! Highly recommend!!!
