New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a warehouse has been transformed into a B&B of no less than 75 m2 with the appearance of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. Kitchen with microwave and a bathroom. Next to our monumental farm in the yard, this small accommodation is located to spend the night simply and not too expensive. Plumbing and a common area are located on the farm. The yard is adjacent to the Nienoord estate. Here you can hike and bike. The village is 2 minutes walking distance. A village where you can enjoy shopping and in the evening have a choice of several restaurants. The city of Groningen is by car 15 min away/bike 1 hour and by public transport 20 min.
