A smaller apartment (approx. 45 square meters), capacity 2+2 people, (bedroom, bathroom/toilet, kitchen, living room, balcony) Each has 3 single double rooms (18 sqm) with bathroom/toilet There are enough parking spaces available The house is located about 400 meters from the sea and the town center. Everything necessary such as restaurants, shops, post office and ATM is within 400 meters! If you want to explore the wonderful scenery all around, you can rent bicycles from us cheaply! Relax with your family in this cozy getaway. Dear guests, we offer you this new studio apartment on the first floor of a family house, which is perfect for two to a maximum of three people. The apartment is new and has everything that our dear guests could expect: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and all the utensils for cooking, preparing meals, and dining. Guests also have access to a balcony, a tavern with a barbecue where they can serve themselves and prepare their own meals by arrangement, and a large swimming pool located in front of the tavern.

Apartman se nalazi u obnovljenoj tradicionalnoj kući samo nekoliko koraka od mora (5m) i oko 100-150 m od centra grada gdje ćete pronaći trgovine, restorane, ljekarne i još mnogo toga. Gostima je na raspolaganju cijeli prekrasan apartman s dvije spavaće sobe, potpuno opremljenim dnevnim boravkom i dijelom terase. Terasa je privatna za goste naše kuće koja sadrži još jedan apartman za dvije osobe. Na terasi se nalazi vez za brod. Svi troškovi su uključeni u cijenu, posteljina, ručnici, klima itd.

Objekt se nalazi tik uz obalu u prekrasnoj tirkiznoj i dinamičnoj uvali Kosirina. Pruža privatnost,okružen je zelenilom i cvijećem u sjeni stoljetne masline.Sastoji se od dnevnog boravka, kuhinje,sobe i kupaone. U sobi su dva francuska ležaja(galerija). Dnevni boravak je ostakljen mobilnim stjenkama i ima pogled na more i čitav zaljev. Terasa je natkrivena i gosti na korištenje imaju 2 ležaljke, 2 ljuljačke,sup(daska za veslanje), roštilj, solarni vanjski tuš...

Our Blue Dream villa is located on Croatian island Murter, in the city of Murter. We would be happy to welcome you and host you at our place. Blue Dream includes a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, two toilets, a pool, BBQ, garden and parking spaces. Pool and all mentioned is available only for you. The closest small shop is 5 min walk away, the center of the city is 10-15 min walking. The famous Slanica beach is reachable in only 12 minutes by foot.
