Relax with your family in this cozy getaway. Dear guests, we offer you this new studio apartment on the first floor of a family house, which is perfect for two to a maximum of three people. The apartment is new and has everything that our dear guests could expect: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and all the utensils for cooking, preparing meals, and dining. Guests also have access to a balcony, a tavern with a barbecue where they can serve themselves and prepare their own meals by arrangement, and a large swimming pool located in front of the tavern.

Apartman se nalazi u obnovljenoj tradicionalnoj kući samo nekoliko koraka od mora (5m) i oko 100-150 m od centra grada gdje ćete pronaći trgovine, restorane, ljekarne i još mnogo toga. Gostima je na raspolaganju cijeli prekrasan apartman s dvije spavaće sobe, potpuno opremljenim dnevnim boravkom i dijelom terase. Terasa je privatna za goste naše kuće koja sadrži još jedan apartman za dvije osobe. Na terasi se nalazi vez za brod. Svi troškovi su uključeni u cijenu, posteljina, ručnici, klima itd.

The apartment is located only 30m from the sea, in the centre of Betina, on the island of Murter, in a historic Mediterranean house and in authentic Mediterranean atmosphere!The apartment has 74 square metres, it is on 2 floors with a sea view rooftop terrace. Our guests can relax, swim and sunbathe on a traditional stone sea terrace right next to the sea.The sea terrace and the sea access are shared with other guests. Our guests are provided with their own sun umbrellas as well as sun loungers.

The house is also ecofriendly with solar panels for electricity and rain water for washing purposes. We also offer to our guests very nice trips to the NP Kornati in a private boat with a skipper so you can enjoy every little thing that our town has to offer. The road to the house is little rough if you don't mind that. Hope you like my little house and enjoy your stay.
