Suncem okupana kuća za odmor s bazenom nalazi se u mjestu Štokovci, u općini Svetvinčenat, u središtu Istre. Kuća raspolaže s 2 spavaće sobe, dnevnim boravkom s kuhinjom, te hodnikom i kupaonicom.
