Opskrbljena je električnom energijom od 220V koja se dobiva iz solarnih panela te hladnom i toplom vodom. Privatni parking nalazi se odmah uz kuću, a također nudimo i vez na molu za vlasnike brodica. Boravak kućnih ljubimaca je dozvoljen uz prethodnu najavu i nadoplatu. Do uvale Vitane moguće je doći automobilom iz Tkona, po asfaltiranoj cesti dugačkoj otprilike 1km.
