Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Opelika

The cozy historic house matched its description perfect! It was close enough to base to go visit my husband and close enough to downtown to go eat and get back quickly! I wish it was available when he graduates airborne but HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this sweet house.

Britanny’s home was impeccably clean. Very comfortable beds. Loved neighborhood and proximity to Fort Benning where we attended graduation for our grandson. Very private backyard with fire pit! Host was very responsive to address any questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

Robert’s place was perfect for our family! We have zero complaints! It was great and very accommodating! Very peaceful outside. Enjoyed watching the birds, squirrels, & chipmunks, as there’s several bird feeders out back! Also enjoyed the outdoor games in the garage, the fully stocked kitchen, the fire pit, and the welcome snacks! We would definitely stay here again!

Melanie’s place was very clean, well stocked and the perfect location for us while visiting our son for his BOLC graduation at Fort Moore. Close to the supermarket and restaurant, as well as downtown Columbus !!! Melanie even provided snack basket for us, that was appreciated after long travel day !!! We will definitely return !!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone. I would highly recommend this one for army families traveling to Fort Benning for Turning Green or graduations. It was extremely convenient to the base, in a wonderful and quiet neighborhood of historic homes. We will stay here again if we come back to Columbus!

Really clean and nice place to stay in for a home away from stay for visiting my son turning green ceremony. Hosts were very prompt with response.

Cute, quiet place with a lake house feel. Furniture is comfortable. Kitchen is extremely well stocked, they even provided spices. Nice dock to relax on, and the water is deep enough that you could dock your boat or swim, early and later in the year. I'd go back again for sure.

We had a lovely stay at Tina's place, it was lovely and peaceful, the kids loved swimming in the lake and singing on the karaoke machine, memories to last a lifetime. Thank you for hosting us Tina!

They had Yoo-hoos in the fridge for us when we arrived…enough said. This place was amazing, very peaceful and quiet. They really go above and beyond here, farm fresh eggs brought right to our door, fresh baked cookies left for us, champagne and a card since we are recently married, hand made soaps, these guys were the best hosts you could ever ask for. Enjoyed tons of relaxing by the fire pit, star watching, and lots of fishing. Family owned and affordable. You are missing out if you don’t stay here! Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at mountain springs hideaway. It was a great base after a day of exploring and hiking. Best part was the back porch with swing and rocker.

We highly recommend this place. Very private and relaxing setting. Very clean and renovated with perfectly curated decor and finishes. Dog friendly like no other places we stayed at. Perfect AC temp on arrival. Great access to the lake. Caught bass and crappies of the dock. The owner communicated well with us at all times. We’ll be back for sure!!

Words can't describe how Patty's property makes us feel.We have visited a couple of times so far and we will never go anywhere else as long as she is in business.She is super sweet and we absolutely 💯% love this property.I wished I had all the money in the world cause I would offer Patty's half of it for that cabin lol.We are very grateful she lets us visit and we think a lot of her!

Our stay was peaceful and relaxing. We came for a boat tournament for our children and had a wonderful stay. We felt like we were tucked away in the woods, but yet we were close to everything that we needed to get to. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful with anything that we needed. We could not have asked for better. Also, the beds were very comfortable!!!
