we have lovingly rebuilt this old bergerie from zero using oak from our own forest in the Ariege and the most ecological methods possible. Totally off grid, solar elec, borehole etc. Situated in the middle of a natural paradise surrounded by the fauna, flora, pleasures and inconvieniences that go with that! Close to the beautiful unspoilt beaches of La Franqui and Leucate and the great wine cellars and restaurants of Fitou, it is the ideal place to recontact with nature and your loved ones.

The Tontons gîte, a cocoon of sweetness

In the heart of the village, in a townhouse from 1872, you will discover a covered outdoor area, with private spa, living room and summer kitchen with barbecue and dining area. A multimedia lounge with video projector and surround sound system equipped with a sofa (sleeps 2), a living room for 6 people, and an integrated kitchen. Both bedrooms are upstairs, one with a large bed and large screen TV, the other with a double bed. 2 toilets, 1 bathroom. The house has reversible air conditioning.
