The house is functional and contains everything you need. There is an entrance, a connected kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove, a bedroom and a bathroom. In addition, there is a beautiful outdoor shower with hot water, about 10 meters from the front door. Here you can swim most of the year while enjoying the elements of nature at the same time. The area is scenic with beautiful hiking and biking routes.

The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Spacious nordic living in rural surroundings

Enjoy some time in the Danish countryside, in this spacious house, close to the sea. With 30 mins to Rødby, 40 mins to Gedser and just over an hour to Copenhagen, the house is conveniently located in one of the most beautiful parts of Denmark, on the banks of the northern part of Falster. The house is a shared summer-house owned by two families, and can easily accommodate 10 people. The area provides ample opportunities for enjoying nature with water, forrests and fields just outside the door.

This thatched cottage from 1805 is located by the sea as the last house on the pier in a small village. You can go for wonderful walks in nearby forests or you can just sit in the garden or inside the house and enjoy the spectacular view - on three sides of the house your view will be the sea. Inside the small and cozy house you will find two bedrooms with double beds. But if you prefer to sleep ‘outside’ in the garden annex there is a double bed waiting for you here (the red painted room).
