The house is functional and contains everything you need. There is an entrance, a connected kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove, a bedroom and a bathroom. In addition, there is a beautiful outdoor shower with hot water, about 10 meters from the front door. Here you can swim most of the year while enjoying the elements of nature at the same time. The area is scenic with beautiful hiking and biking routes.

The popular Marielyst is the place to go if you want to go to the beach. You are close to wonderful experiences on Lolland and Falster. Lots of options for dining, cinema, theater and shopping within walking distance of the apartment. We can possibly arrange the possibility of sleeping on an air mattress in the living room. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

You can go for wonderful walks in nearby forests or you can just sit in the garden or inside the house and enjoy the spectacular view - on three sides of the house your view will be the sea. Inside the small and cozy house you will find two bedrooms with double beds. But if you prefer to sleep ‘outside’ in the garden annex there is a double bed waiting for you here (the red painted room).

Toilet separate from the bathroom and laundry facilities in connection with the bathroom. Private entrance with key box in case we are not home to greet you.
