Main room of 20m2 with kitchenette, 6m2 bedroom with 3 beds, veranda w and w/o roof and Biolan toilet in shed. 12 V electricity from solar cell. No running water in cabin but from nearby stream. Wood stove in cabin and gas burner and fire pan outside.

Ca. 100 kvm veranda/plattinger omkranser eiendommen. Rikelig med utemøbler og puter. Et anneks med stue, soverom, bad og badstue kan leies i tillegg.

The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality. Nice view of Trondheim fjord and rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive by car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In winter, the road is cleared and salted. It is an advantage to have a good winter car.
